Lannan Chevrolet strives to make your experience with us as pleasurable and convenient as possible. If your vehicle is repaired under any of the GM Warranty coverages, you are covered for Courtesy Transportation. During the coverage period alternate transportation and/or reimbursement of certain transportation expenses will be available.
Shuttle Service
We can provide you with shuttle service to get you to your destination with minimal interruption of your daily schedule. This includes one-way or round-trip shuttle service to:
Bedford, Billerica, Burlington, Lexington, Malden, Medford, Melrose, Reading, North Reading, Stoneham, Wakefield, Wilmington, Winchester, Woburn.
Courtesy Shuttle Hours:
Morning: 8:00am - 11:00am Afternoon: 2:30pm - 6:00pm
Public Transportation or Fuel Reimbursement
If your vehicle requires overnight warranty repairs, reimbursement of public transportation expenses may be available for up to a maximum of five days. In addition, should you arrange transportation through a friend or relative, reimbursement for reasonable fuel expenses may be available also. Simply provide receipts for the services.
Courtesy Rental Vehicle
We may arrange to provide you with a courtesy rental vehicle if your vehicle is kept overnight for a warranty repair. |
